Terms and Conditions

These purchase terms apply to orders placed through veqrino.com. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below.

1. Seller Identity

Veqrino™ is owned and operated by Guangzhou Youchuang Technology Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Youchuang Technology Co., Ltd. operates veqrino.com and is the seller of record for purchases made through this website.

2. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and to update us promptly if an error is identified.

3. Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. Product images are illustrative and packaging may change without materially changing the product. Personal-care accessories are not medical devices unless expressly stated.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Shipping

Prices and the transaction currency are displayed on the website or at checkout. Shipping charges, available delivery methods, discounts, and any taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Import duties or destination charges may apply where they are not included at checkout.

5. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, pricing error, legal restriction, or inability to deliver. If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Payment

You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Payment information is processed by third-party providers. We may conduct reasonable fraud and identity checks.

7. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities and may ship internationally. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside reasonable control.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Requests should be sent to service@veqrino.com within 12 hours after ordering. We will try to assist, but cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after processing starts. No cancellation fee is charged for an order that we successfully cancel.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval. Hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned after use or after a seal is broken unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed.

10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos or video. When a product or fulfillment issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

11. Promotions

Promotions may have eligibility dates, minimum order values, excluded products, or usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and apply before shipping and taxes. We may correct promotions affected by technical error or misuse.

12. Personal Use and Resale

Products are offered for lawful personal use. We may limit quantities or reject orders that reasonably appear intended for unauthorized resale, fraud, or prohibited activity.
